Job Description: Visual Communication & Communications Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Visual Communication & Communications
Executive to join our dynamic team. This role combines visual storytelling expertise with
strategic communication and partnership management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content while
managing communications, partnerships, and brand onboarding initiatives. You will work
closely with marketing, PR, and program teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences
aligned with luxury industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Communication & Creative Execution
- Conceptualize, design, and execute visual content for marketing campaigns, PR initiatives,
social media, and events.
- Develop and manage creative assets including digital graphics, presentations, brochures,
and event materials.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity through high-quality design and
storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and communication channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in luxury fashion, to ensure innovative output.
- Oversee the visual production process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
Communications & Partnership Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of immersion programs, including partner onboarding and
student coordination.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with global educational institutions, fashion schools,
and industry stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Oversee account management for partner brands, ensuring engagement and alignment with
organizational goals.
- Lead brand onboarding initiatives, including training brands for showroom participation.
Marketing, PR & Events
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, pop-ups, trade showrooms, and brand events.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and program teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns and communication channels.
Strategy, Research & Operations
- Design and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support expansion and positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Manage communication workflows, documentation, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with international partners and ensure smooth communication processes.
Business Development & Internal Support
- Reach out to government institutes and organizations for sponsorship opportunities.
- Research and identify new contacts and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and initial interviews.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in visual communication and/or communications roles, preferably in
fashion or luxury industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in digital marketing, PR campaigns, and event execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Passion for luxury, fashion, and brand storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in photography or videography.
- Knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience working with international clients or institutions.
