Who We Are

We're a small, creative team behind two uniquely Kentucky brands: a boozy ice cream company and a barn wedding venue. Our content is dialed in, our audience is growing, and our creative is handled. What we're missing? The right person to take everything we're building and put it in front of the people who need to see it.

The Role

This isn't a content creation gig. We're looking for someone who lives to connect — a natural communicator who knows how to show up consistently, engage authentically, and build real relationships on behalf of a brand. You'll be the human at the center of our social presence across both projects, amplifying what we've already built through outreach, community engagement, and strategic relationship-building.

What You'll Do

You'll manage day-to-day social engagement across platforms for both brands — responding, commenting, connecting with followers, and keeping the conversation going. You'll identify and build relationships with local influencers, creators, event planners, and community pages that align with our brands. You'll coordinate outreach efforts including partnerships, collaborations, and cross-promotions. You'll represent our brands publicly with warmth, personality, and consistency. And you'll work closely with our creative team to ensure messaging stays aligned as you put it out into the world.

Who You Are

You're a people person with a genuine love for social media as a tool for connection, not just broadcasting. You have strong PR instincts and know how to pitch, follow up, and maintain relationships without being pushy. You're organized, self-motivated, and consistent — the kind of person who doesn't let threads go cold. You understand the Central Kentucky market, the culture, and the community. Bonus points if you already have a local network of creators, influencers, or media contacts. You're comfortable being a face of the brand — on camera, in DMs, and at events.

Details

Located in or around Central Kentucky (this is not a remote position — local presence matters). Flexible schedule with some weekend or event-based availability. This role can be structured as part-time, full-time, or contract depending on the right fit.
