Communication Manager (Female)

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Communications:

Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external communication strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, mission, and values. Ensure consistent, clear, and integrated messaging across all communication platforms.

  • Media Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to secure positive coverage. Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and effectively manage all media inquiries and interactions.

  • Public Engagement & Representation:

Conduct one-on-one guest interviews, host podcasts, and moderate corporate events. Represent the organization professionally at public functions, conferences, and business meetings.

  • Content Development & Oversight:

Supervise the creation of diverse communication materials including press releases, articles, newsletters, and digital content. Maintain high standards of quality, tone, and brand consistency in all published materials.

  • Digital & Online Presence:

Manage the organization’s digital communication channels including website, social media, and email marketing. Monitor online trends, ensure active audience engagement, and strengthen the organization’s online reputation.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

Manage operations across local and international offices, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Accompany the CEO or senior leadership on domestic and international travel when required.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Foster and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, partners, and government agencies to enhance collaboration and brand positioning.

  • Event Management:

Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and media briefings. Oversee logistics, content, and public representation to ensure successful delivery of organizational messages.

  • Market Research & Insights:

Conduct detailed market research to identify new growth opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies to inform communication and business development decisions.

  • Client Relations & Business Development:

Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored communication and marketing solutions.

  • Proposal & Presentation Development:

Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches customized to client objectives, aligning with organizational capabilities and branding.

  • Multimedia Content Creation:

Oversee the production of engaging multimedia assets including videos, infographics, and podcasts to support digital and corporate communication initiatives.

  • Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all communication activities align with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, upholding the integrity and reputation of the organization.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts. Present regular performance updates and insights to senior management.

  • Continuous Learning & Adaptability:

Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and communication tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support peers when needed, promoting flexibility and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
