Communication & Outreach Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and fluent English speaker who is comfortable using Excel and computer software.

If you meet our basic requirements, the work process and responsibilities will be explained and taught by us.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer software
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (PST timings)
• Candidate must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi only
• Looking for someone serious about long-term employment
• (Please do not apply if you have short-term plans)

English communication, Excel knowledge, and night shift availability are the main requirements.
The rest of the work will be guided by our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls as per provided instructions
• Communicate professionally in English with clients
• Enter, update, and manage data in Excel
• Maintain call logs and basic reports
• Follow given processes and daily tasks

Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Job Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PST)
