We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, strengthen our brand presence, and ensure clear, professional, and consistent messaging across all channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to reflect the luxury standards of our brand in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client & External Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and polished responses.
- Draft and manage client communication such as service updates, offers, and announcements.
- Coordinate with corporate clients, event organizers, and partners to ensure seamless service communication.
- Support brand visibility through social media, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
Internal Communication & Coordination:
- Prepare and circulate internal announcements, updates, and guidelines.
- Assist management with drafting reports, presentations, and official communication.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and chauffeur teams to maintain consistent messaging.
Brand & Engagement Support:
- Create content that highlights the premium and luxury nature of our services.
- Support client engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on communication effectiveness to improve strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with high-profile clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or digital tools preferred.
- Previous experience in communication, client relations, hospitality, or luxury services is an advantage.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused attitude.
