We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the USA through effective communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly. A strong command of professional email communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Draft clear, professional, and empathetic email communications to address client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Manage and monitor client correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Handle client concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented approach and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Billing, etc.) to ensure seamless client service and issue resolution.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and contribute to retention initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through initial processes and communication.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer support, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong email etiquette and professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, email platforms, and productivity tools such as Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
