HIRING: COMMUNICATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
A client of Ortak Consultants is hiring a Communications & Business coordination Specialist based in Karachi.
Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 75,000/-
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in communications, administration, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating and managing written communications including presentations, emails, letters, and other materials.
* Managing social media and basic marketing content.
* Handling incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence.
* Maintaining accurate records of administrative and operational activities.
* Supporting internal and external meetings by preparing agendas and recording minutes.
* Assisting in event planning and coordination.
* Conducting research to support communication and content needs.
* Tracking communication performance and suggesting improvements.
* Responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
