Job Description:

Blue Water Thinking is seeking a Communications Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program as an End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) Communications Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Reviews and ensures 508 compliance for all EUEA-produced materials and communications including all outward facing dashboards, websites, and other materials.
Collaborates with the CM and training teams to ensure 508 compliance is part of strategies and plans as appropriate.
Ensures items are proactively tracked and managed and issues are identified and escalated early.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of professional work experience
Must have experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data.
Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports.
Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the VA
Experience implementing electronic health records

Eligibility:

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role

Compensation:

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the candidate's specific combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000
