Your Role

As a Datacom Test/Lead Manager, you will:

• Lead and contribute to the creation of testing strategies and test plans .
• Drive automation initiatives using Python and other scripting languages.
• Perform Datacom testing across various networking protocols.
• Conduct performance and throughput testing to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Apply hands-on experience in automation using Python .
• Work with protocols such as ISIS , BGP , BFD , MPLS , and Netconf .
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Your Profile

• 8–15 years of experience in network testing and automation .
• Strong scripting skills in Python or other relevant languages.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols and Datacom technologies .
• Experience in test strategy , planning , and execution .
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
