Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Communications Analyst to support and evolve IMBONO's internal communications function. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our employees are informed, engaged, and connected to the company's strategy, values, and culture. You will work closely with HR, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to craft messaging, manage communications channels, and track the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives across our DIFC operations.

Communications Strategy & Content

Support the development and execution of IMBONO's internal communications strategy, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications across channels including email newsletters, intranet updates, announcements, leadership messages, and town hall materials.

Develop compelling content calendars to ensure a steady and structured cadence of employee communications.

Support leadership in communicating Imbono’s vision, mission, and key priorities.

Develop engaging multimedia content including videos, blogs, and digital updates.

Partner with HR and senior leadership to translate complex business updates into digestible and engaging employee-facing content.
Channel Management
-
Own and maintain internal communications channels including the company intranet, internal newsletters, and digital signage or messaging platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).

Ensure all communications platforms are up to date, well-organised, and consistently branded.

Research and recommend new tools or channels that improve employee reach and engagement.
Employee Engagement

Support the planning and communication of employee engagement initiatives, company events, recognition programmes, and cultural campaigns.

Collaborate with HR on onboarding communications, ensuring new joiners receive a consistent and welcoming experience from Day 1.

Contribute to the development of communications that support IMBONO's EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and culture-building efforts.
Measurement & Reporting

Track and analyse the performance of internal communications campaigns using relevant metrics (open rates, engagement scores, survey feedback, etc.).

Prepare regular reports for HR leadership summarising communications effectiveness and recommending improvements.

Conduct periodic audits of internal communications channels to assess content quality, reach, and employee sentiment.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between departments to gather updates, announcements, and stories that can be shared company wide.

Support senior leaders in preparing for all-hands meetings, leadership communications, and change management messaging.

Partner with external communications or marketing teams to ensure internal and external messaging is aligned.
Mandatory Experience
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

Proven experience creating and managing content across multiple internal channels (email, intranet, presentations, etc.).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internal communications tools.

Experience using internal communications platforms such as Staffbase, Poppulo, Contact Monkey, or similar.

Knowledge of employee engagement measurement and experience interpreting survey data.
Desirable

Experience working within financial services, professional services, or a regulated industry.

Familiarity with DIFC or broader UAE workplace communication norms and culture.

Portugues language proficiency is an advantage but not required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
