Communications Designer

Description

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media, banners, infographics, and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Stay current with design and social media trends to keep visuals fresh and relevant

• Support the creation and maintenance of brand collateral (presentations, templates, internal assets)
• Ensure consistency across typography, color, layout, and visual identity
• Adapt and refine existing assets to meet evolving communication needs

• Retouch and enhance images and visual assets as needed
• Actively seek feedback and iterate to improve design quality
• Contribute ideas that improve clarity, consistency, and impact

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic, communication, or brand-focused design roles
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media, communication, or brand design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and refine work with attention to detail

• Ability to write or support short-form content (captions, headlines, post copy)
• Familiarity with social media best practices and engagement metrics
• Basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Exposure to content marketing or social media workflows
