  • Purpose of the role:

To design, develop and deliver the communications strategy for the program and oversee as well as actively develop communications/marketing materials and coordinate program engagement events. The Communications Lead will need to develop innovative materials that get out of project/technical speak and create engaging digital materials manage in-person events for a diverse stakeholder group.


  • Main responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive communication plans and strategies to effectively convey the purpose, benefits, and progress of the common digital platform implementation.
  2. Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring their active involvement throughout the change process.
  3. Create and disseminate communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and intranet content, to inform and engage stakeholders regarding the common digital platform.
  4. Advocate for change and support training initiatives to ensure users have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the platform.
  5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to optimize stakeholder engagement and understanding.
  6. Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams and project managers to align communication efforts with project goals and ensure consistency.
  7. Evaluate and report on the impact of communication activities, stakeholder engagement levels, and effectiveness of the common digital platform implementation.


  • Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing or a related discipline


  • Experience:
  1. Minimum 7 years proven experience in managing communication initiatives including communication design, development, delivery, preferably in a digital platform implementation or technology-driven project.
  2. Experience in providing timely and effective communication support to projects
  3. Strong graphic design background and digital communications/marketing material experience
  4. Ability to communicate in a visual manner
  5. Organizational change management literacy
  6. Organizational change management experience a plus


  • Skills:
  1. Strong PPT skills
  2. Both well written and well spoken
  3. Ability to project manage/ coordinate and execute communication plans within project timelines.
  4. Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  5. Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
