Communications Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Communication Specialist who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and meaningful engagement. This role is ideal for someone who loves designing, writing, and bringing a brand’s voice to life across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Graphic Design & Branding: Create compelling visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools to support company-wide initiatives and branded messaging.

• Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging, relevant, and branded content for a variety of audiences and platforms.

• Social Media Management: Monitor and manage multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more—while ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and voice.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize social media campaigns that support recruitment, engagement, appreciation, and awareness across Journey facilities and the broader community.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Leadership to support communication needs across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in graphic design and social media content creation

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign preferred)

• Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of brand identity and how to apply it consistently across platforms

• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling
