TK Elevator is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Specialist I to join our Communications team in Atlanta, GA. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, brand engagement, and social media trends. You’ll support the development and execution of social media strategies that enhance TKE’s brand presence and connect with key audiences.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across TKE’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, trends, and brand mentions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Support campaign execution and performance tracking using analytics tools.
  • Help manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
  • Contribute to community management and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meltwater).
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
