Community Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and fostering connections.
  • Facilitate introductions and networking opportunities among members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Plan and execute engaging community events, workshops, and social gatherings in alignment with core brand strategy
  • Promote events and maximize member participation.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Oversee the day to day running of the centre.
  • Ensure the space is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with onboarding new members and providing tours of the space.
  • Troubleshoot basic office equipment problems.
  • Manage the access and security of the centre.
  • Manage community communication channels, including newsletters and online forums.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Promote The Hive's brand and values.
  • Maintain up to date community boards, both digital and physical.
  • Provide administrative support to members as needed.
  • Connect members with relevant resources and opportunities.
  • Gather member feedback and identify areas for improvement.
