Community Association Manager

Agave Management Solutions is seeking a dedicated Community Association Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a strong foundation in community association management. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple Homeowners Associations (HOAs)
  • Manage and adhere to association budgets
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board
  • Facilitate communication between residents and the association
  • Implement and enforce community policies and regulations
  • Organize and attend board meetings and community events
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
  • Address and resolve resident concerns
  • Conduct regular property inspections (reliable vehicle required)
  • Maintain common areas and facilities
  • Keep accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven multitasking and time management skills
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Knowledge of Arizona property regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Dedication to providing outstanding service to residents

Preferred Certifications Certifications are a plus but not required.

  • CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations)
  • CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager)
  • AMS (Associated Management Specialist)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
