Lampert’s Therapy Group is seeking a Community Client Coordinator to join our administrative team at our Largo, Florida office.

This position plays a critical role in coordinating therapy services for children and adults with developmental disabilities throughout the community. The Community Client Coordinator serves as the bridge between families, therapists, referral sources, and our internal team, ensuring that referrals are processed efficiently and therapy services are assigned and delivered smoothly.

This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming therapy referrals and intake process
  • Communicate with parents, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources
  • Coordinate with therapists to assign evaluations and treatment services
  • Maintain regular communication with community therapy providers
  • Track therapist availability and assign cases accordingly
  • Provide excellent customer service to families and referral partners
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in company systems
  • Follow up on pending referrals, authorizations, and therapist assignments
  • Monitor documentation deadlines and therapist compliance
  • Help build and maintain relationships with community partners

This role requires frequent calling, texting, emailing, and follow-up communication throughout the day.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable speaking with families, therapists, and medical offices
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Experience in healthcare, therapy services, or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Experience with scheduling, referrals, or medical coordination strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with data entry and database systems
