Community & Communications Intern

About the Role

As a Community & Communications Intern, you’ll support our team in managing communications, engaging with startups and mentors, and promoting our programs and success stories. This is a great opportunity to learn community management, content creation, and communications in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily communication with startups, mentors, and partners
  • Help manage community and social media channels
  • Track attendance and engagement in programs and events
  • Assist in collecting feedback from startups and mentors
  • Maintain and update contact lists and CRM data
  • Draft social media posts, newsletters, and blog content
  • Support event promotion and outreach
  • Gather stories, updates, and testimonials from startups
  • Assist with basic editing, formatting, and simple visuals
  • Support planning and coordination of workshops and networking events
  • Assist with registrations, communications, and follow-ups
  • Prepare simple attendance and engagement reports
  • Monitor startup ecosystem news and trends
  • Track social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Support data collection for program improvements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate (or recent graduate) in Communications, Journalism, PR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and tech ecosystems
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple activities
