Job Description:

As a Community Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our owners association. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with our community members and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Gather feedback from community members and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and alignment of community initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare yearly community budgets.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and crisis management to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the owners association.
  • Foster strong relationships with association members, residents, and partners.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local regulations and association bylaws.
  • Develop and oversee the association's budget, ensuring financial stability.
  • Coordinate maintenance and facilities management activities.
  • Facilitate association meetings and events, fostering a sense of community.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding command of professional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in association management or property management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant local regulations and laws.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to member satisfaction.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
