We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and community-driven Community & UGC Marketing Coordinator to help grow and engage the Sundae School community across digital and in-person touchpoints.
This role will own day-to-day community engagement, user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, creator outreach, and community reporting. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Social, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, identify brand advocates, and turn community stories into impactful marketing content.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in community, social media, influencer marketing, or content marketing who wants to play a hands-on role in building a culturally relevant brand.
Manage daily community interactions with UGC creators and Influencers across Instagram, TikTok and email.
Foster meaningful relationships with customers, creators, ambassadors, and community members.
Monitor conversations, feedback, and emerging trends within the Sundae School community.
Identify opportunities to increase engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and improve community sentiment.
Support community activations, events, and brand experiences both online and offline.
Source, curate, organize, and maintain a library of high-quality UGC assets for marketing use.
Research and build relationships with creators, customers, and brand advocates to secure content and permissions.
Coordinate creator gifting, product seeding, and community outreach initiatives.
Track creator and UGC performance and identify opportunities to scale successful partnerships.
Ensure all content usage rights and permissions are properly documented.
Draft briefs to provide guidance to UGC creators and provide necessary feedback to match standards.

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, and Customer Experience teams to ensure community insights inform broader business decisions.
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations through community-driven marketing initiatives.
Assist in developing processes and systems that improve community management and creator operations.
Support additional marketing and community initiatives as needed.
1–2 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working collaboratively across teams while also operating independently.
Passion for community building, storytelling, and brand marketing.
Genuine interest in fashion, streetwear, cannabis culture, and/or Korean culture.
Experience managing creator, ambassador, or influencer programs.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate platforms such as Aspire, Social Snowball, Grin, or similar tools.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
Basic photo, video, or content editing skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
Experience supporting events, brand activations, or community programs.
