The pay for this position starts at $60,100/yr, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $70,594.00/yr.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
The available schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with on-call weekend rotation

Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
As a Community Director, you will:

You will be responsible for the operations of Residential and group homes ranging from 6-9 beds each.
- Responsibilities include program development, budget management, and supervision of program employees.
- Responsible for the development of operating protocols, development of community partners, and delivery of quality milieu services.
- Travel between the group homesr will be needed for this position.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Active driver’s license and reliable personal transportation is required.

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or other related field required OR 12 years relevant work experience in Human Services may replace degree
-
Minimum 4 years experience in residential treatment or group home setting, including 2 years in supervisory role in the human services field required.
Schedule:

Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4PM in Rutland, MA
-
Schedule following Training will be M-F 9-5pm, with on-call duties. On-call rotation about every 6-8 weeks.
