We are now looking for a Community Engagement Manager to design, build and lead our community engagement strategy across the Nordics. In this key role, you’ll turn insights, ideas, and local relationships into impactful programs and partnerships that make a real difference — strengthening trust, amplifying local voices, and ensuring that atNorth grows with the local communities, not just in them.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, strategic, and creative professional who thrives on building relationships and driving positive change. You’ll play a vital role in aligning community impact with atNorth’s long-term vision and values — helping us deliver meaningful results for the communities we operate in.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute strategy
  • Develop and implement a long-term, sustainable community engagement framework that connects with our corporate goals and reflects the unique needs of each community we operate in.
  • Translate the engagement framework into actionable roadmaps and manage delivery end-to-end. Define success metrics and reporting process to stakeholders that demonstrate real community impact and maximize local value.
  • Continuously seek out and apply innovative practices, tools, and technologies to enhance how we engage with communities and create impactful, forward-thinking solutions.
Shape & nurture community partnership
  • Build and nurture authentic relationships with local stakeholders by actively listening to community needs and partnering with community members and leaders to co-create impactful, lasting value.
  • Build on existing efforts to develop and implement a plan to identify, empower, and embed internal community partners within atNorth who possess local expertise, act as on-the-ground advocates, and help drive authentic relationships and opportunities for community collaboration.
Impactful visibility through communications and events
  • Partner with atNorth’s communications team to develop plans and processes as an integratal part of the overall framework, to share community engagement stories, successes, impact and collaboration opportunities.
  • Use intentional storytelling and channels to build trust, demonstrate value, and foster shared purpose.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, community partners, and internal teams to co-create and deliver local events, workshops and meetings that that deliver meaningful value to the communities.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in community engagement, public relations, outreach, or stakeholder management — ideally in a Nordic or local context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public policy, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering impactful community programs or partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and spoken.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a strategic and proactive mindset.
  • A true collaborator who builds trust and influence across teams and communities.
  • Native in at least one Nordic language and fluent in English.
  • Based in one of our Nordic HQ offices.

Please apply the latest on the 20th November; we will be going through the applications already during the application time. Background check is conducted to all our employees.
