Community Engagement Specialist

**About the Role:**

Strive 2 Fitness is seeking a dynamic, outgoing individual to join our team as a Community Engagement .This hybrid role combines content creation, social media management, event support, and brand ambassadorship to help us grow our impact in the St. Louis wellness community.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Attend classes, events, and community outreach activities to capture photos, videos, and client testimonials
- Interact with clients, participants, and the public—both online and in person—to build relationships and excitement
- Promote Strive 2 Fitness programs, products, and special offers to drive new client sign-ups
- Assist with event/class setup and breakdown, supporting instructors as needed
- Collect feedback and share insights to help improve marketing and programming

**Qualifications:**
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Strong communication and people skills—comfortable talking to groups and individuals
- Photography/video skills (smartphone is fine!)
- Sales, promotion, or event experience is a plus
- Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about health, wellness, and community
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule

Pay: $15.00 - $34.00 per hour

  • Community engagement: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Communication skills: 4 years (Required)
  • Outbound sales: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • St. Louis, MO 63101 (Required)
