The Community Impact Consultant supports the design and delivery of social impact and employee engagement programs that advance the organization’s purpose and strategy. This role contributes to the development of initiatives and nonprofit partnerships that reflect the company’s values and drive meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
Working collaboratively across teams, the consultant helps design, implement, and evaluate programs that strengthen nonprofit relationships, engage employees, and deliver measurable results. The position combines creative program design with data-driven analysis and operational execution to support the organization’s evolving social impact strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-wide social impact and employee engagement programs aligned with business and community priorities.

Manage day-to-day coordination of nonprofit partnerships, including relationship management, reporting, and collaboration on shared goals.

Develop and execute employee engagement programs that promote a culture of purpose and connection.

Track, analyze, and report on participation, impact metrics, and partnership performance using tools such as Benevity.

Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences highlighting program strategy, impact, and results.

Lead the creation of communication strategies that showcase program achievements and community stories.

Identify and coordinate cross-functional collaboration opportunities to align social impact programs with enterprise strategies and inclusion and belonging objectives.

Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in employee engagement and nonprofit collaboration.

Support event planning, logistics, and execution for key community and employee engagement initiatives.

Serve as lead administrator of giving and volunteerism software, ensuring excellent user experience for our employees and timely disbursal of funding to community partners.

Travels as needed for role, including nonprofit site visits, divisional / team meetings and other in-person events.

Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to varied audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Working knowledge of the Benevity platform or similar corporate social responsibility systems.

Ability to coordinate complex programs, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively across teams and with community partners.
Preferred:

7+ years of related experience in community impact, social responsibility, employee engagement, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in a corporate environment.

Experience in the financial services industry

Preference and experience in a flex work environment

Experience in corporate social responsibility, community relations, or nonprofit partnership management.

Understanding corporate giving programs, ESG, or community investment frameworks.
