We’re Hiring! Community & Operations Specialists – Fresh Graduates Welcome (Dubai Office)

Join one of the leading influencer marketing service providers in the MENA region, specialized in tailor-made bulk influencer campaigns.

Job Description:

Communicate and follow up with influencers.

Coordinate with brands: meetings, plans, execution, and event attendance.

Monitor campaigns and prepare reports.

Recommend social media trends and content strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fresh graduates are welcome!

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Previous experience with client accounts is a plus.

Active user on social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English is a must.

Proficient in Excel & Word.

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Must have a car for commuting.

Work Terms:

Location: Dubai

Start Date: Immediately

Working Hours: 9 hours/day (includes 1-hour break)

Day Off: One day off per week

الوصف الوظيفي:

التواصل والمتابعة مع المؤثرين.

التنسيق مع العلامات التجارية، حضور الاجتماعات والفعاليات، ومتابعة الخطط.

إعداد تقارير ومراقبة الحملات.

تقديم التوصيات الخاصة باتجاهات المحتوى على وسائل التواصل.

المتطلبات:

حديث التخرج مرحب به.

مهارات تنسيق عالية والقدرة على إنجاز مهام متعددة.

يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع حسابات العملاء.

مستخدم نشط لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة).

إجادة استخدام برامج Excel وWord.

شخص ملتزم، مبادر، ومبدع.

امتلاك سيارة شرط أساسي.
