Community Liaison

Job Summary:

As a Community Liaison, you will act as a bridge between the organization and the community we serve, building relationships, facilitating communication, and advocating for the needs of both parties. Your responsibilities include community outreach, establishing partnerships, and representing the organization at community events.

Duties & Responsibilities:

These include, but are not limited to:

• Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires.
• Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends.
• Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly.
• Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments.
• Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs.
• Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services.
• Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work part-time (4-6 hours per day).
• Familiarity with the areas of Webster, Pasadena, Deer Park, etc.

Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly encouraged:

• Spanish

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 31 per week
