At Home Helpers Home Care of Evansville, we’re more than just caregivers — we’re family to those who need us most. We're currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Liaison / Care Coordinator to help grow our outreach and provide exceptional care to our clients across the southern Indiana community.
What You’ll Do:
As a Community Liaison:
As a Care Coordinator:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (CNA certification a plus)
Passion for helping seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain independence
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in community outreach
Background in healthcare leadership or home care coordination
