Job Summary
The Home Health Community Liaison is responsible for ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves strategic planning, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the agency's services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills along with expertise in digital marketing and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing to enhance agency visibility.
• Utilize digital marketing techniques such as content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing to attract new clients.
• Manage advertising sales efforts through various channels including print advertising and online platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
• Coordinate staff training programs focusing on best practices in home health care delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management role within the healthcare sector or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including B2B marketing, e-commerce, and marketing automation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Experience in product management and sales strategies within a healthcare context is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining focus on client satisfaction.
