We’re looking for an experienced Community Management Supervisor to lead and elevate our team’s performance in a dynamic, growing environment.


Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll oversee and support our community management team, driving success in online engagement and response accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team provides timely, accurate, and efficient responses.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize community engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain response quality.
  • Generate performance reports to track team performance.
  • Train and onboard team members for new and existing projects.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Q&A database.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional projects with large teams.
