As the Community Manager for Armaf, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing the brand’s online communities across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. You will act as the brand’s frontline voice on social media, creating authentic connections with audiences, amplifying brand campaigns, and driving meaningful engagement that reinforces Armaf’s position as a global fragrance leader with cultural influence.
This role requires a digitally native, culturally aware, and trend-savvy marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to balance luxury brand tone with viral, platform-specific engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Community Engagement
- Manage day-to-day community interactions across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Proactively engage with creators, fans, and relevant cultural conversations.
2. Content Amplification & Moderation
- Support posting schedules and amplify brand content with engaging captions and comments.
- Monitor UGC (user-generated content) and identify opportunities to reshare or collaborate.
- Ensure all community content and interactions uphold Armaf’s luxury tone and values.
3. Trendspotting & Virality
- Track emerging trends, sounds, and hashtags across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Recommend real-time content ideas to creative and social teams.
- Identify viral opportunities to boost Armaf’s visibility.
4. Influencer & Advocacy Support
- Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and Timeless Collective creators on social platforms.
- Build authentic relationships that extend beyond campaigns.
- Support influencer activations by boosting engagement on branded content.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track community KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, sentiment, and response time.
- Provide insights on platform performance and community feedback.
- Share weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
6. LinkedIn & Professional Voice
- Manage LinkedIn community interactions to position Armaf as a thought leader in global beauty and fragrance.
- Support content discussions around trade shows, business milestones, and brand innovation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Engagement rate across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Response time & community satisfaction (positive sentiment).
- UGC growth & advocacy mentions across platforms.
- Follower growth aligned with brand objectives.
- Participation & amplification of campaigns (e.g., Timeless Collective, global launches).
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years in community management or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat ecosystems.
- Experience managing luxury/lifestyle/beauty brand communities preferred.
- Skilled in social listening tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong writing, communication, and cultural trend awareness.
