Community Manager

The Community Manager will be responsible for managing Rose Beauty Parlour’s social media presence, engaging with clients, building brand loyalty, and increasing customer satisfaction through effective communication and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, messages & customer inquiries in a timely & professional manner
  • Create engaging captions, stories, and community-driven content
  • Plan and execute online campaigns, giveaways, and promotions
  • Monitor customer feedback and online reviews
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design team for content creation
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
  • Organize community-building activities, both online and in-salon
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experienced or Freshy (preferably interest in beauty industry)
  • Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Creative mindset with good content writing skills
  • Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, etc.)
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, and wellness industry
