Marketing Manager

We are a well-established Pavers & Block Manufacturing Company, operating successfully since 2003, and are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager in Lahore to drive project-based and industrial sales growth.

Position: Marketing Manager

Industry: Pavers / Concrete Blocks / Construction Materials

Experience required: 5+ years in industrial or project sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and developers
• Promote and market our pavers and block products for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Generate and follow up on project leads
• Achieve sales targets and expand market reach
• Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order execution
• Track competitor activities and market trends

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience dealing with architects, consultants, and industrial buyers
• Strong knowledge of construction materials (preferably pavers/blocks/concrete products)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong network within the construction and infrastructure sector
• Target-driven and self-motivated
