Key Responsibilities

As the Community Manager, you'll be the face of the property and the driving force behind its success. Your duties include:

• Managing all aspects of daily operations, leasing, and maintenance

• Ensuring fast and efficient unit turnovers for maximum occupancy

• Handling rent collection, deposits, and financial performance

• Enforcing community policies and ensuring compliance with housing regulations-including Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance

• Maintaining excellent resident relations and team morale

• Overseeing vendors, service contracts, and property inspections

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing large apartment communities

• Strong LIHTC/Tax Credit Compliance background

• Experience using property management software (OneSite preferred)

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment

• Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
