Community Manager
Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) requirements, and Owners Association bylaws.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day building operations to maintain efficiency and consistently high service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize building performance and enhance overall asset value.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, board members, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead sustainability initiatives and support the integration of technology across the community.
- Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior management and clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in community management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Owners Association or community management.
- Professional certification in property or community management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing Owners Associations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid financial management and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Technologically savvy, with experience using property management systems and software.
