Community Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Community Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for the property management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to staff to encourage teamwork and lead as an example in creating a harmonious environment.
  • Provide direct support to the General Manager.
  • Ensure the properties are rented to the fullest capacity.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
  • Ensure leasing practices conform to federal, state, and local law. Ensure that credit and criminal reports are obtained for all prospective residents and ensure that company policies and standards regarding income and prior rental history are met.
  • Prepare, process, and sign leases and all related lease forms.
  • Aggressively pursue lease renewals.
  • Utilize resident inspection program, including notices and verification of completed inspections.
  • Oversee resident notices to include balance due, lease violations, etc.
  • Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
  • Review weekly reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Must be willing to travel to properties for inspections.
  • Develop and enforce community policies and rules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
