Community Manager

About The Role:


A great product is nothing without a passionate community behind it. We are looking for an empathetic, energetic, and tech-savvy Community Manager to be the face and voice of Stunning.so for our users. You will build, nurture, and grow our community (Discord/Slack, Social Media, and Forums), turning casual users into hardcore brand advocates.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Community Building: Launch, manage, and scale our community platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups).
  • Engagement: Spark daily conversations, host AMAs, run contests, and organize virtual events/webinars to keep the community active and excited.
  • User Advocacy: Act as the bridge between our users and the product team. Gather feedback, report bugs, and advocate for feature requests.
  • Customer Support (Tier 1): Answer questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide users on how to get the most out of Stunning.so's AI tools.
  • Advocacy Programs: Create and manage a brand ambassador/affiliate program to reward our most active community members.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably for a SaaS, gaming, or creator-focused tech company.
  • Deep familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Slack, Reddit) and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a highly empathetic and patient approach to user interactions.
  • Ability to translate technical product updates into exciting, easy-to-understand community announcements.
  • A natural connector who loves bringing people together and solving problems.
