Job Purpose:
To enhance tenant satisfaction, engagement, and retention by managing tenant activities, strengthening tenant relationships, expanding the tenant privilege card program, and developing additional value-added services within residential properties and compounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Activities & Community Engagement
- Plan and manage community activities and events across residential properties and compounds.
- Develop engagement initiatives to enhance community spirit and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Tenant Relationship & Welfare Management
- Act as the main point of contact for tenant welfare and community-related matters.
- Build strong tenant relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct tenant satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans.
- Tenant Privilege Card & Partnership Development
- Manage and promote the tenant privilege card program.
- Identify and onboard new participating entities.
- Negotiate partnerships that add value to tenants.
- Monitor program performance and growth.
- Development of Additional Tenant Services
- Identify and introduce new value-added services for tenants.
- Conduct needs assessments and market benchmarking.
- Develop business cases and coordinate service implementation.
- Monitor service performance, tenant uptake, and revenue contribution.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in property management, hospitality, community management, or customer relations.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and service development skills.
