Job Purpose:

To develop, lead, and deliver integrated strategic communication initiatives across digital, visual, and operational environments, supporting both onshore and offshore projects. The role is responsible for overseeing the review, governance, and approval of all external communication and media materials, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and project objectives. It requires advanced expertise in AI-driven video production, professional on- site filming (including RLIC, offshore, and operational facilities), and high-quality English written communication, combined with strong visual storytelling capabilities to enhance execution visibility, reinforce safety messaging, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Job Activities:

Deliver clear, engaging communication across multiple media channels such as project publications (brochures, newsletters and magazines), visibility reports, press releases, etc.

Generate new ideas and communication and branding strategies to promote all projects.

Operates in onshore and offshore projects environment, working with internal external stakeholders under strict safety and compliance requirements.

Lead and oversee communication activities across onshore and offshore environments, including workforce interviews, visual documentation, operational updates, and SHES and welfare-related communication to support transparency, engagement, and safety awareness.

Lead the review, governance, and approval of all external communication materials, including press releases, media statements, interviews, announcements, and visual media, ensuring alignment with corporate communication standards and close coordination with Corporate Communications and PR functions.

Prepare and maintain communication reports, media summaries, visual documentation, and SharePoint content dashboards related to onshore and offshore activities to support management reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement.

Support executives and project management teams with communication planning and execution.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Media Communications, other media degrees, English Literature or Business Administration.

8 years’ experience in Public Relations including at least 5 years’ experience in Media.

Highest level of spoken and written English skills.

Experienced in developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven video

Professional on-site filming (onshore and offshore)

Proven experience writing articles and publications in English

Experienced in Visual storytelling
