Deputy Director Corporate Brand, Communications & Sustainability

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the Corporate Brand Strategy for CMPak. Design the Corporate Brand. Guide other relevant departments to develop Customer & Product Brand as per Corporate Brand Strategy and ensure Brand Strategy across Corporate, Customer & Product Brand is consistent and cohesive.
  • Lead strategic communications to position the company as an Innovation Services and Technology Innovation Leader and Sustainability driven organization
  • Define and manage communications strategy to strengthen and promotion of corporate brand image, reputation building, corporate social responsibility, media engagement, Digital Communications and content creation
  • Enhance the brand image of Zong for technology, product & services, public relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives (Externally & Internally)
  • Embed core values and cultural elements into all internal communication materials and initiatives
  • Define yearly communications and Corporate Social Responsibility Plan, CSR activities & community events
  • Advise senior leadership on reputational positioning, narrative framing, and visibility opportunities engaging employees to promote ZONG employee volunteer program
  • Build and sustain strategic, long-term relationships with senior editors, journalists, influencers, opinion leaders, media partners, think tanks, external and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee proactive and reactive media engagement, ensuring consistency, credibility, and impact
  • Monitor media coverage both locally and globally to adopt and implement best practices by improvising the same
  • Support and manage spokesperson engagements across media platforms to represent Zong opinion
  • Design and execute stakeholder communication plans aligned with business, sustainability, and strategic directions
  • Support advocacy narratives as per the corporate objectives to build the company image
  • Strengthen partnerships that enhance organizational reputation and societal impact
  • Analyze the China Mobile best practices and study the local environment and based on findings, propose culture framework. Enhance cultural integration and image building.
  • Lead crisis communications strategy and issues management, advising leadership during high-risk or sensitive situations
  • Develop, review, and institutionalize communications policies, media protocols, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure to safeguard company interest/repute for negative image and management of crisis situation
  • Drive high-level content strategy including thought leadership, executive profiling, keynote messaging, and industry positioning
  • Oversee quality, consistency, and tone across all communications outputs
  • Ensure alignment between external messaging, internal narratives, and corporate values
  • Position senior leadership as industry voices through op-eds, forums, policy dialogues, and technology events
  • Arrange public appearances and seminars for company to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill
  • Create company appeal and goodwill by developing engaging communication in the forms of blogs or short videos for social media campaigns. Synchronize the messages delivered by management at product launches, partnerships, technological advancements
  • Manage communications and sustainability budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation
  • Develop and design the frameworks / SOPs of corporate communication
  • Lead Performance Management, and governance of PR & Digital agencies, Media partners and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and implement the social media listening strategy, gauge and manage the sentiments of the customers to make the negative sentiments more neutralized
  • Track KPIs, media intelligence, sentiment analysis, stakeholder perception and reporting

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree or above

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 8 yrs. or Above
