Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role goes beyond posting content — you will lead our social media strategy, collaborate with our content writer and graphic designer, and ensure all campaigns drive engagement, leads, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media calendars for all platforms.
• Create and implement content strategies that drive engagement and generate leads.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce algorithm-driven posts, reels, and videos.
• Scout models and talent for social media campaigns and video content.
• Train and guide our internal team on creating engaging social media reels and video content.
• Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance.
• Provide projections and reports that demonstrate how campaigns will generate leads and customers.
• Track KPIs and suggest strategies to improve lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and lead generation.
• Proven experience in creating data-driven strategies and measurable results.
• Experience scouting talent or models for social media/video content.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and team training skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
