Role Overview
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and our management team, helping guide priorities, organize tasks, and ensure timely completion of each association’s needs. This includes identifying, onboarding, training, and supporting each new association client. You will coordinate the work of a team that handles many of the daily tasks so your time can stay focused on oversight, calendar management, coordination, and board interaction rather than day-to-day administrative work.

● A modern, efficient technology stack that makes tracking data, reporting, and document creation easy and thorough.
● Your support team includes an associate manager focused primarily on owner interactions, a field operations specialist for on-site tasks, corporate accounting support, executive collaboration sessions, and PCAM consultation.
● Oversight and guidance from executive leadership, a CPA, and a PCAM.
This structure allows you to focus on high-value management responsibilities while avoiding burnout from daily operational tasks.
