Since 2012, Denton Floyd has strategically grown to develop and manage over 13,000 units in Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Ohio, South Carolina, and Tennessee and are targeting approximately $1.1 billion (3,945+ units) in new developments over the next several years.

Responsibilities include:

  • Professional and friendly customer service.
  • Collection of rents and preparation of receipts and late notices.
  • Compose correspondence and documents; Answer phones and greet residents in a professional manner.
  • Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.
  • Maintain all residents files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in.
  • Coordinate daily activity of Maintenance Team.

Qualities Desired In Successful Candidate:

  • High school education or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Two years minimum experience in residential property management or related field.
  • Two years minimum lease-up experience.
  • Experience in Yardi.
  • Supervisory Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong leadership skills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
