The Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Social Media Video Editor and Growth Manager who understands that creative content is only half the equation. Results are what matter.

You will be responsible for editing high-quality, platform-native video content and driving measurable growth on Instagram and other short-form platforms.

This is not an aesthetics-only role. This is a metrics-first growth position.

You understand that great content is creative, but great results are measurable.

Required Qualifications

Measurable proof required. Applications without proof will not be considered.

1. Account Growth Experience

Provide 2 to 3 accounts you have personally managed. Include screenshots of analytics.

For each account, include:

• Followers: X to Y (in Z days)
• Average Reels Views: X to Y
• Engagement Rate: X% to Y%
• Time period of management

Screenshots must clearly show performance inside Instagram analytics.

2. Reel Performance Proof

Provide at least 3 reels you personally edited with screenshots of results.

For each reel, include:

• Total views
• Average watch time
• Retention percentage (if available)
• Shares
• Saves
• Follows generated (if available)

3. 30-Day Performance Target

Based on a new or early-stage automotive account, define your realistic 30-day targets:

• Followers: +___ in 30 days
• Average Reel Views: ___
• Shares + Saves per Reel: ___

We are looking for strategic thinkers, not vague answers.

4. Weekly Reporting Example

Provide an example of a weekly report you send to clients.

Your report must clearly include:

• Posts shipped
• Best performing reel and why (include numbers)
• Worst performing reel and what changed next (include numbers)
• Next week plan with 3 specific action items

We prioritize measurable improvement and iteration.

5. Turnaround Time

Clearly define:

• Time to deliver 1 reel from raw footage to final draft
• Time to deliver 5 reels
• Revision turnaround time after feedback
• Maximum weekly volume you can handle

Interview Process

Finalists will be required to complete a Sample Edit.

We are sharing this upfront so expectations are clear.

Using current Exotiq assets, create:

• 1 reel (30 to 45 seconds)
• Optimized hook (first 3 seconds are critical)
• On-screen captions
• Music selection
• Suggested caption and hashtags

This is a skills test.

We will evaluate:

• Hook strength
• Editing quality
• Pacing
• Story structure
• Platform-native feel
• Likelihood to drive retention and shares

Nice to Have

• Experience managing luxury, automotive, or high-end brands
• Experience with exotic or supercar-related accounts
• Personal interest in cars, hypercars, or luxury lifestyle
• Strong understanding of car culture including events, launches, collectors, and influencers
• Familiarity with brands such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren Automotive, Bugatti, and Koenigsegg
• Understanding of luxury positioning and brand tone
