Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to build, engage, and manage our online and offline communities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, and event management, with the ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and nurture online and offline communities
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to track customer interactions, analyze data, and improve customer experience
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and objectives
• Monitor community feedback, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image
• Organize and manage events, activations, and community meetups to strengthen brand presence
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in community management, CRM systems, and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with event planning and execution
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
