Marketing Manager

About the Role

Join the team behind the most prestigious transportation project in the Kingdom. As the Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic lead for the Haramain High Speed Railway (HHR). Your mission is to drive ridership and revenue growth by building powerful institutional partnerships and executing world-class marketing campaigns that connect pilgrims, tourists, and local commuters to our service.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the annual Marketing & Business Development Action Plan for the HHR.
• Business Development: Negotiate and manage high-value deals with government agencies, private entities, and institutions (Universities, Health care, etc.) to position HHR as the preferred transport provider.
• Pilgrim & Tourism Focus: Design specialized products and offers for Hajj/Umrah visitors and large tourist groups.
• Market Intelligence: Lead market research and surveys to identify trends and optimize passenger satisfaction (managing external providers and contracts).
• Brand Alignment: Coordinate all marketing activities with the Saudi Arabian Railways (SAR) strategy to ensure brand consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with the Client (SAR) and internal teams (Customer Care, Public Relations, and Operations) to deliver a seamless passenger experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing or business development, preferably in large-scale passenger transportation or tourism.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and coordinating professional teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication: High proficiency in both Arabic and English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory.
• Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills and professional familiarity with social media marketing.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
