Community Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Community Manager to drive user engagement, community growth, and in-app event initiatives for our platform.

This role focuses on building an active user community through engagement strategies, user-generated content (UGC), influencer collaboration, and interactive campaigns, while working closely with product and marketing teams to enhance user experience and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities Community Growth & Engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and user activity within the app.
  • Build and nurture a strong user community by encouraging discussions, participation, and interaction.
  • Identify and engage active community members to build long-term brand advocacy.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, influencers, and community ambassadors to support brand growth and user acquisition.
  • Develop collaboration strategies with KOLs to drive user engagement, content creation, and campaign participation.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and evaluate campaign performance.
Events & Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute online events, community campaigns, and challenges to increase user participation.
  • Work with marketing and content teams to develop creative engagement initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on engagement data.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy
  • Encourage and manage high-quality UGC to strengthen community interaction and brand visibility.
  • Create incentives and initiatives that motivate users to generate content and participate in community discussions.
Product & Community Insights
  • Collect feedback and insights from the community and communicate feature suggestions to the product team.
  • Work closely with product teams to improve user experience and engagement features.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, short video, design, KOL, and product teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
Data & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor community engagement metrics and campaign performance.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously optimize community strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community operations, events, KOL/influencer management, or user engagement.
  • Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or community ambassadors.
  • Familiarity with UGC-driven growth strategies and community engagement campaigns.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, internet platforms, or fast-growing digital products.
  • Experience managing influencer or KOL campaigns.
  • Understanding of app-based communities and digital user engagement strategies.
