Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Community Manager to lead our brand’s online presence and foster vibrant, engaged communities across various digital platforms. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to inquiries or comments to foster positive relationships.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences and optimize reach.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts by maintaining positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
  • Oversee reputation management by proofreading content for accuracy and brand consistency while ensuring all communications align with branding guidelines.
  • Utilize scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to plan posts efficiently while maintaining a consistent voice across channels.
  • Engage in keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability; implement social media marketing best practices to maximize outreach.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales efforts; leverage photography and video editing skills for promotional content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement roles.
  • Strong proficiency with graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
  • Skilled in content creation including writing compelling copy, editing proofs, photography, video editing, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring conversations.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms; understanding of Facebook Advertising is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to refine strategies; strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
