Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties owned/managed and approximately 3,000 units managed in the Kansas City market.

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team. The position will be based in our Central Region which has properties in Shawnee, Mission, and Kansas City Kansas. The property they will be managing is Prairie Point which is in Shawnee and has 126 units. It is a market-based property that accepts section 8 vouchers and has been owned by Axiom since 2017.

The key responsibilities include maintaining occupancy goals, managing budget expectations, maintaining the property, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community including the supervision one maintenance technician and groundskeeper, among other duties.

**Salary starting at $55,000 and up to $60,000 based on experience (Quarterly bonus opportunities and a monthly cell phone allowance of $85 are provided)

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of multi-family Community Manager experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Expert Yardi user a plus
• AI applications on leasing and maintenance a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Positive references
