Community Manager

Job Description :


Building and managing an active community around the brand, enhancing engagement, and establishing a sustainable relationship with the audience.


Qualifications & Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related administrative discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, particularly in business development and entrepreneurship initiatives, programs, and projects.
  • Preferably has prior experience working in co‑working spaces, business incubators, and accelerators.
  • Solid knowledge of entrepreneurship and business development fundamentals.
  • Good understanding of operational processes.
  • Proven sales experience and skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Skills in report writing and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and skills in marketing.
  • Experience and knowledge in partnerships.
