Community Manager

Front Desk & Community Manager

Bottega Exchange - Las Vegas, NV

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to become the face of our coworking space. This role combines front desk reception, hospitality, operations, and community management.

You’ll help create a welcoming environment for members, keep the space running smoothly, and handle the day-to-day details that make a coworking community thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage member check-ins, tours, and onboarding
  • Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
  • Keep the coworking space clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and member requests
  • Handle mail/packages and basic administrative tasks
  • Assist with community events and member engagement
  • Monitor the space throughout the day and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Communicate with vendors, cleaners, and maintenance when needed
  • Help maintain a positive, productive atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, scheduling software, email, etc.)
  • Reliable and professional
  • Previous hospitality, office, retail, or coworking experience is a plus

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of their environment, and notices the little things before they become problems. This is a great fit for someone who likes variety in their day and enjoys being part of a community-focused workspace.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time
  • 9am-5pm
  • Pay: $18–$22/hour
